Yes...also always wanted to see one of these after thirty years of birding. Had to drive hundred and thirty miles but well worth it!

I've never had the good fortune to see this beautiful owl in the wild. Lucky you-love the coloring here! In Burns? That's a serious wow. I grew up in the Yakima valley and we never had the osprey, eagles or pelicans there until recently. Bird migration is getting really interesting.
